This coming Friday, November 13th, is family movie night in the student lounge. We'll be watching Elf at 6:30. Bring your families and a treat to share. Hope to see you there!

Lunch at Panera Bread this Saturday

Just a reminder about lunch this Saturday at Panera Bread in The District. We'll be meeting there at 12:00. Feel free to bring your kids if you want. If you want to see the menu, click here.

Playgroup

For playgroup in two weeks November 4 we are going to do something a little different. Town Square has a story time from 11:00 - 12:00 outside in the playground area. If you would like to show up about 15 minutes and let the kids play before story time. There is a grassy area right next to where the playground so if anyone brings there lunch we could have a picnic afterwords.

The playground is in the middle of town square, I believe right next Claim Jumper and in front of the RAVE motion pictures. That is, if I remember correctly.

New Moon

Update: We changed the time to the 9:45 am showing.

In the mood for a vampire-werewolf-human love triangle? Let's plan on going to the 9:45 am showing of New Moon, Saturday, November 21st at the Rave theater in Town Square. You can buy tickets online here, or you can buy them at the theater. Let's meet inside the theater around 9:10. If anyone needs a ride or wants to carpool, leave a comment. Decorating Cookies

On Wednesday Oct. 28th at 10:00 we will be decorating sugar cookies at Skye Longhurst's house. We would love everyone to come and decorate cookies! Skye is going to provide the cookies and frosting so if you bring something to decorate the cookies with that would be great! Leave a comment if you are able to come or need directions.

Recipe Lunch Cancelled

We are going to cancel the recipe exchange lunch. We didn't get much interest, and it will only work if enough people come that we can try a variety of food. Sorry to those of you who were planning on it.

Movie Night and Recipe Lunch

Just a reminder about a couple of activities coming up. First, Friday night at 6:30 in the student lounge we'll be watching Ghostbusters. Bring your family, your dinner and a Halloween treat to share if you want.

Second, next Thursday, October 15th, we'll be having a recipe exchange lunch at my house. Check out the details here. Please let me know if you're planning on coming so I can get an idea of how much food we'll need. Also let me know if you need my address or directions.
